CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your top priority is to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients, established clients and prospective clients. Reaching out for help is hard! ARMH is looking for a Client Care Coordinator who can demonstrate empathy, form genuine connections with prospective clients, and cares about doing their part to create a positive experience for clients joining our practice.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you serve as the face of ARMH. You feel passionate about our mission, to provide compassionate, expert care for eating disorders and mental health. You are excited to be a part of our close-knit team and are eager to play an important role in bringing a wide variety of services to clients. About the Position
- Health Answer clinic phones Manage clinic inbox for new client requests
- Schedule new clients for intakes
- Assist established clients with rescheduling
- Complete benefits checks for new clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients to the practice
- Assist billing department with client coordination of care
- Lead quality assurance measures for client satisfaction
- Track, input, and create reports for clinic metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist staff with light housekeeping and restocking of supplies
- Assist other leadership team members with administrative task

- Competitive, weekly pay. Position is compensated higher than community mental health and most university counseling centers in the area.
- No on-call or crisis services
- Flexible schedule with weekday hours, with the option of working some report writing hours from home.

Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass background check in accordance with Medicaid policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in mental health in an administrative role.
